BAD SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG AGENT M'nS SERVICES PE

On the 9th May 2013 I purchased a brand new Samsung Fridge out the box from Rafi's Appliances in Port Elizabeth. <br> About two months ago it suddenly stopped working! <br> After numerous telephone calls the Samsung Agent in Port Elizabeth sent two Technicians to my home (with feet almost dragging!) to fix the problem by filling it with gas, which they said was the problem.<br> Since they filled the gas it makes a banging sound and seems to get VERY hot on the left hand side.<br> I have been phoning them to come and have a look at what the problem might be.....they promise a certain time, but no one ever arrives!<br> It is phone call after phone call where I am almost begging them to come and look at the fridge.<br> When they do arrive in their own sweet time, they inform me that there is no problem with the fridge!<br> They have not once tested my fridge to see whether there is a problem...all they do is look at the fridge and tell me its fine!<br> The banging sound has now subsided and all that remains is that the fridge still is getting extremely hot on the left hand side.<br> Rafi and Samsung are not interested at all.<br> The guarantee will expire soon and I need an expert in this field to have a look...Please Hel
