Bad service from samsung

Samsung products are the worst, their service is ****py. I purchased a samsung galaxy tab 4 10.1 and it is giving problems the screen keeps on flashing. I called their repair shop but I can't get throught to them they are so unreliable. this is a common problem, alot of other people had this problem, I strongly suggest to anyome reading this NOT to buy samsung products. As the Apple brand is of much better quality, and provides a way better service
