Bad service for vouchers on note 20!!!!

Was promised to be contacted about the voucher, my documents are all in order with my Pre order of my note 20, this is my third posts and you keep telling me I will be contacted and it will be escalated. I have spoke to your online chat consultants over 15 times and they keep telling me the same thing. I called in a number of times and was kept on hold for over 30minutes.

My bestie got his vouchers we bought these phones on the same day and took the same contract with the same consultant he got his voucher and I didn't!!!!

This is terrible service after buying the flagship phone is this the service I deserve?????
