bad service at smart care service

Hi good day , their service is so bad i would never want to buy a samsung phone again . I've been waiting 3 months for them to get back at me to fix my screen , it's so bad . the manager of the place told me he'll sort it out I've been waiting 12 weeks yet nothing happend not even a phonecall from them.
