Bad service at Samsung in Rivonia

I took my device to Samsung in Rivonia,I was told they can not accept my phone if I dnt have R250,I ddnt have at that time,I went back with it,after 2 weeks I took it back no money was required to my surprise,but they made **** up,they replaced my phone with I dnt know what is called,with a dual sim whereas my phone was for single sim& the sad part they deleted everything from my phone & it ddnt want to work,I took it to telkom thinking it was a sim problem,I was told my phone was replaced with dual sim it won't work,I took it to Clearwater Samsung,they cleaned my phone for the second time due to that.I regret taking my phone to Rivonia,their technicians are useless,I lost my photos & documents for nothing,I still have a problem with my phone but I can't do a thing about it,coz its nolonger under warranty.It was a very bad & sad experience.
