Bad service and taking advantage of clients

I got Samsung phone in October 2018 on a contract account. In July 2019 which was 10 months time l saw an ink on the screen but the phone was working except the ink. I took the phone to the shop l got it which was Telkom mobile shop at Greenstone Hill. *** was received for this bookings, l was not informed that l would pay for assessments fees. After couples of days l received a call from Telkom saying my phone is still under warranty and therefore the repairs would b covered. On the say day the repaired center called Brandian logistics called me and say the phone was physical damage and falls outside the warranty so l should pay R2,121.27 to fixed it. I told the lady l have rejected the quote so they should send my phone to the outlet. She then said l have to pay R189 before they would released the phone. I told the lady there is no damage on the screen what is the evidence that l damaged it. The lady just gave me examples of situations on how the phone can get damaged. I paid for the fees of R189 knowing that l am going to receive the phone with the same condition l booked it in. After 6days - 6August 2019 l went and collected my phone and after l charged it l noted that they have damaged the whole screen and phone can not be used again. I went back to the outlet to explain what had happened and the managers (2 Ladies) disrespected me and l left. One day l was there when Samsung people called me to found out whether l was happy with the service of my phone and l told the guy what happened and l am not happy because l can't use the phone but yet l am paying for it every month. He then said he would escalate the matter and someone would call me to resolve it. On 16 August 2019 l received a call from Samsung again and l told the lady what happened and lady insisted that l sent the phone to the outlet and book it in for repairs and gave me a ***. On 24 August l booked the phone in and l gave them the above reference #. I also received a reference # from Telkom which is TRJ096513. After 3days l received a call from Brendan logistics that l should pay R2,121.27 to fixed the phone and l told the lady that it was Samsung which instructed me to book the phone in so l don't know what to do. The lady advices me to call Samsung and tell them the phone is booked in and what should l do. I called Samsung and wasted almost all my airtime and they told me it was discommunication and therefore l should pay for the phone to be fixed. I told them to use the reference # l received from them and listen to the recorded communications because it was not my will to booked the phone in again for repairs. They refused to do that. The repair centre called me to pay again a fee of R189 in order to release my phone otherwise after 30days Telkom will tell the phone to recover their cost.
