Bad service and frustrated customer

On the 17 January 2017 my phone was picked up by Samsung ADH to fix the screen which they say one gets under warranty. I spoke to the consultant who promised to communicate with me via email to tell me the status of the phone which never happened I had to phone them many times. When I took the phone in it was working properly but now it doesn't even turn on . When they took it, it worked and they told me after they fixed the screen it failed quality checks because backspace wasn't working. Intially they had told me they were waiting for spares then I told the consultant to bring it back as it was when I sent it in.

Currently I'm sitting with a phone that doesn't even turn on I'm wondering what do they expect me to do with a broken phone which was broken by their technicians I'm suffering now. I bought the phone for R 16 000 and it's 4 weeks old so much for customer service, I feel they don't care from the way they handled this whole situation. I don't see myself making business with Samsung they are unprofessional.

So hurt and frustrated sending my phone working and getting it back useless, now it's like a toy I waited almost a month to get it back broken I feel they deliberately broke it.

Told them

I wonder how long I need to wait as I'm currently sitting with a phon that isn't working, really frustrating and unacceptable. I wonder if Samsung knows about consumer rights
