Bad service and dishonesty in samsung
I recently sent my sansung tv I for repairs they voided my warranty due to a cracked lcd that was caused by the service centre I have posted about this in a previous post I requested my TV back from the repair center after they quoted me R4300 to repair the unit that was under warranty now they want to charge me R650 just to get my tv back without anything been done I find this totally wrong when they caused all the problems in the first place just send my tv back because samsung is not as honest as the claim to be
