Bad service and clueless
I visited the Rivonia Samsung customer centre on the 19 December 2017, I left the store without receiving any help. The receptionist was disorganised nothing compared to the Samsung centre at the Grove in PTA. Customers were so frustrated with the level of service and the manager himself was not helpful. Never visiting that store again.
