Bad service
Trying for almost 2 months now to get answer on the promotional deal of the Samsung s21 Fe where you can claim Tablet I did claim Tablet git my claiming reference number and everything but still after 2 months no Tablet.... worst service ever om the help lines . Was phoning for 48minutes no pick up tries for days they don't pic up at Samsung... so this was a **** it feels to me... can you please answer what is going on .....
