Bad Service

Hi there. I have a problem with my Samsung Printer. It keeps on jamming the paper when attempting to print.<br> I need to remove the paper from the back then then tray , back and forth then restart before it starts printing properly..I recently contacted the call centre which i was given a techniciansin the area , this number that are specifically working on samsung products. When i made contact with then they just advised they don't service samsung products anymore. Can someone from SAMSUNG please assist me to get out a technician to my business area in parow<br> and have my printer fixed. HELP!!! Very frustrated and disappointing!
