Bad service
I purchase a Samsung 12000 btu air conditioning system as j saw it at the Woodmead store.Only to find out Samsung has false advertising on the products.Clinton from Duon wired Woodmead helped me and contacted Samsung head office and spoke to Ruan who said that they will fix the issue.Ryan got back to me and want to offer me a smaller product which is a 9000btu at the same price which does not make sense.if Samsung had the protect product from the onset I would be having this issue
