Bad service

My husband went into your Cresta branch to get some information and prices on your air conditioners! Well he left there're utterly disappointed with the staffs attitude , we are moving house and renovating a new place. We planned to use all Samsung products , fridge , dishwasher, tumble dryer , washing machine , stove and about 5 air conditioner units , my husband left the shop vowing NOT to buy your products based on the knowledge , attitude and obvious 'don't need your business attitude'. He was referred to 5 people, when requesting a price on your air conditioners, finally a lady who had assisted us before , hmmm we unfortunately bought one of your HD sets a few months ago , said no the air conditioners were there to show people what an air conditioner is , please !!!!!! In this day and age and retail as it is at the moment Samsung has lost out in a big purchase from us , it may be small change to you , but good commission for your staff had they been interested! There was no manager to be seen and I went inline to access your complaints site , however I don't see one!<br>
