BAD SERVICE
The worst service I have ever received ( SAMSUNG A53 5G) took the phone to samsung for repair after phone went completely off (reason unknown) . FX CELLULAR contacted me her name is Jeanette ,ASSUMING that samsung would'nt cover the warranty due to MINOR SCRACTCHES !!!! SHE told me I dropped the phone after multiple times I told her ITS SCRATCHES!No she claims it's "dropped marks" not even doing effort to send photos to samsung to hear if they will still fix the phone on the warranty I had to ask her myself to send it to samsung she did'nt even try doing it before sending me my quote . Now she's charging me R7070 .This place is terrible !!! Never ever use FX CELLULAR !! They really won't do much effort to help you at ALL .
