bad service

I handed my 4month old samsung A3 in to the telkom store as it suddenly stopped charging and I was under the impression that it was still under warranty. They sent it off to samsung canal walk to be assessed, however the quotation was a ridiculous amount of over R3000(I don't think the phone is even worth that amount). When I handed in the phone, No one explained to me that I needed to pay a rejection fee if I'm not satisfied with the phone. I now cannot get my broken phone back without paying this fee, and on top of that I will still be paying my contract for the next 20 months. The phone was working perfectly well and the only problem was that it didn't charge. When I contacted the samsung store, I spoke to tracey lee wesso, who was so unhelpful, and lacked customer service skills for an obviously upset customer! This fee was not explained to me before I handed the ph in, and it is very upsetting that not only are they not fixing my 4 month old phone but I also have to pay to get my broken ph back without agreeing to this beforehand
