Bad service

I have a handset that I sent to Samsung constantia. Samung Constantia closed down and did not inform me that they are closing down and that they are sending the handset to Samsung Bryanston. After calling samung customer care on 0860-726-786 they told me that Samsung Constantia closed down and that the handset is at Samsung Bryanston after that I called Samsung Bryanston and spoke to a lady by the name of Barbra and I she said that I should send them a mail. The email address she gave me is ********** I sent a mail for her and Sean's attention this was over two weeks ago and I have called and Barbra keeps telling me that she will get back to me and she doesn't. Please can someone from Samsung get back to me as soon as possible.
