Bad service.

Hi Peter (And hopefully Samsung listening in),

I need some advice - My 3m old Samsung QLED TV started restarting randomly. It then resulted in the TV switching off and for 3 days it wont turn on. It turns on now, but the the display flickers (dim and bright). There is obviously something seriously wrong with the hardware. I did the usual checks like Factory reset, power cycle, direct plug to wall, remove all other device cables, new cables and so forth.

Samsung agreed to send out a technician to my house on the 25th of May. I phoned later the afternoon of the 25th of May since he has not arrived yet and the confidently told me that the guy will still make it, which he did not... On the 26th of May, mid-day, I phoned again, very upset, and they told me again that the guy will come out. Later the same day I phone again as it was getting late and suddenly no-one could give me a straight answer, except that the technician will phone me directly, which he did not.

On 27 May, no-one could help me or give me any answers. I don't know what to do now...
