BAD SERVICE
<p>My 4 year old oven has broken down 3 times in 10 months. Every time its the same thing. The comapny samsung use to repair their ovens, liptronics, is ***********. I complained to samsung customer service 2 weeks ago and it still has not been resolved. </p>

Your offer of R600 for my 4 year old oven is a joke. The audacity to sell me a new one at a ridiculous price is disgusting. I will never buy a samsung appliance again.
