Bad service

<p>We received shocking service from Samsung afiliated repair company, MM ALL ELECTRONICS. We logged a call to repair a leaking fridge a month ago. The technician resolved the problem but 4 weeks later the leak is 10times worse. The receptionist at the Rivonia branch hung up when I tried to speak to her and re-log a call. The technician then pitches at my house without prior arrangement only to find that we were not at home. Scary that samsung recommends this ver UNPROFESSIONAL company as their service provider! </p>
