Bad service
Hi, I bought a Samsung A24 in May 23, part of the promotion was to receive free earpods from SAMSUNG, I have been struggeling to get the earpods since May 23, August 11 2023 they eventualy approved the earpods, but till today I have received nothing, I reques feedback via email but nobody responds.
I would like to know when I will get my earpods or was this just a gimmick to get people to buy the phone????
