Bad quality - Samsung microwave
We bought a Samsung microwave from Tafelberg furnitures that according to their systems show it was delivered on 30 November. Not even a month later the plate breaks. They want to say the plate is not under warranty but we had it for less than a month and the plate breaks? really?

17 Dec 2020, 09:21hi thanks but Tafelberg furnishers provided us with a new plate and we gave them the old one that broke so i dont know if they will be sending it to you to inspect or not. Please let me know if you need their details.
