bad qaulity and bad service

I have a Samsung s4 that I bought and a Samsung washing machine I only have both items for a few months and its broken the washing machine is the second time in a few months and my phone I only have 4 months and they refuse to help me. I put in a complaint at Samsung in canal walk but im still siting with a phone that is of no use to me. I always felt that Samsung sells good quality things but now that I am using there products I have found that its bad. I will never buy anything from them ever again.
