bad devise no customer after care

i will never get a sumsung again!!! I am so upset words cant even begin to explain i upgraded to a Samsung phone the 7th Oct upon using the phone it got extremely hot, i switched it off and took it back the Monday the MTN store they advised that it does get hot and needs to send the divice in it will take 2 to 3 days!!! its 2 weeks later and nothing, services repairs and customer service, everyone wipes their ass off, as from today i wont have a phone as my back up is broken i dont have another one now i know why Sumsung stock market has plumeted its becouse of ****py products seems the only way to get a devise is to have the thing blow up.
