Bad customer service from Freddy from Samsung mall of africa
Experienced very bad service from the customer care consultant by the name of Freddy from the branch of Samsung mall of Africa in Midrand johannesburg.Took a cellphone for repairs but he made empty promises and as a customer I am extremely hurt and dissappointed with bad customer service from an employee by the name of Freddy from Samsung mall of Africa.
