Bad customer service

Not very helpful no customer service. I took my Samsung S8 for repairs. Most unfriendly, unhelpful service, especially from the lady technician. Please do something as it seem like a problem. Not even intrested looking at my cell phone convince me that the problem is a MTN or Vodacom problem. although it is an Samsung application that gives me this problem. Dont think you should serve any customer in the way they do. Samsung will loose alot of customers. Take a bit of pride in youre job.
