Bad Customer service

I am really annoyed as to why it takes so long for Samsung to resolve an issue. I purchased a Galaxay Note 10.1 2014 Edition (on contract) last year from Vodacom. Towards the end of the year I noted that the actual memory of the device and that stated on the box did not correspond. Internal memory was 16Gb instead of 32Gb, which is what it should have been. I raised this issue with Vodacom (Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria) January this year, and was then directed to the Samsung Rep (Wayne), who offered to give me a memory card to make up for the missing internal memory that the device should have!! I declined the offer and insisted that he come up with another solution. I had to send through documentation ( Vodacom contract, IMEI etc) more than once. Eventually after a few months of back and forth Wayne finally got back to me saying that Samsung will give me a replacement device. Oh but wait...they are out of stock! There were a whole bunch of other excuses as to why I had not received the new tablet yet.To this day I am still waiting for this mysterious new tablet. I sincerely doubt that I will ever purchase ANY Samsung device again ( And I currently also have a Samsung laptop!)
