Bad Communication Regarding Smartswitch

<p>I have recently been undergoing a to and fro with Samsung regarding their poor software products to no avail. Nobody at Samsung seems to be able to tell me when their Smartswitch and Kies s/w will be compatible with Windows 10! Weve bought their smartphones so now they simply forget about us. Ver, very poor customer service!!!</p>
