Bad client experience and treatment. Against TCF
I purchased a A5 device. Promotion advised I'd receive a pair of earpods and fitbit. Claim was approved on the 21 November 2024 and sent out for delivery. To date have not received it.
I can't reach the courier company Skynet or the Samsung promo contact center on hold on both lines for over 30mins till I give up.
This is totally unfair and not a way to treat clients.
