Bad attitudes and even worse customer service

We left a phone at the Tygervalley Samsung branch on the 22nd of July, they didn't email or call me. It is the 22nd of August - we came to Tygervalley to pick the phone up, but not even the woman working in customer services could locate the phone or the progression of the technicians work. As you know ( the person reading this) being without a phone is inconvenient- while I try to explain my problem about living and working in Malmesbury and that the expense of having to take leave and drive here is so enormous , because they simply ignore my calls - the other young guys and two women make fun of me, a customer, they fool around in the branch. It is the worse experience I ever had with a phone company and an employee advised me not to buy a samsung through vodacom, because the software they installed only lasts two years. Now only I can complain about the phone, it is a samsung galaxy S7 edge under warranty, we bought the phone on 20 October 2016. Recently the phone started switching off while I work on the phone, I googled what could be wrong and your website said the firmware might be faulty - when I gave the phone to the technician, they seemed to focus on the slight crack in the screen, although they fixed the screen my main problem isn't the screen, it's the firmware . I won't advise anyone to buy anything at samsung Tygervalley, they have poor customer care and the smug attitudes of employees is unacceptable and revolting.
