Bad after sales support from Samsung
After sales service is shocking - Samsung is using Inyati Appliances for after sales repairs. Inyati Appliances is ***********. They do not know how to fix my washing machine, 4 visits and R3000 later.
I will not buy Samsung appliances again due to the contractors Samsung is appointing for after sales support.
