Bad after care service
The toploader washing machine bought on 25 11 2022 has a 10year warranty on the motor. My machine packed up in February 2024 and now Samsung do not want to honour the warranty. They want a call out fee of R750 before they will assess the machine. My insurance had already assed the machine and bcause of the motor that packed up they do not cover it
