B E W A R E OF SAMSUNG NEW MODEL OF TV - TERRIBLE TV AND PROBLEMS GALORE !!!

I am horrified at what I am going through with my brand new Samsung TV model NU7100. Firstly the remote control is a piece of ******* plastic like a child's toy and it rattles. Am I supposed to wedge a tissue or something into the remote to stop this terrible plastic junk rattle sound. You can actually play the castanets on this remote control. ALSO THE SOUND IS SHOCKING. I cannot use a soundbar as the sound settings keep jumping back again and every single time we switch the tv on we then have to go into sound settings. If we try just use tv speaker sound even at 100 the sound is barely loud enough. Everybody out there beware of this new model of the NU7100.
