Samsung, please honour your promotions or else don't bother advertising. It's over 2 months gone and I'm still awaiting the Promotional 24" Monitor that was supposed to be sent to me within 14 days. Having tried calling your call centre to no avail. Get your act together or else loose a family of Samsung supporters.
