AWESOME SERVICE
THANK YOU to Deon and Debbie from Samsung Smart Care Centre Durban for arranging my replacement cell in 4 working days. was telephoned on Friday (20/03/15) in the morning to advise me that my phone was defective and arrangements were being made with Samsung JHB for a replacement. I was called by Debbie on Wednesday morning (25/03/15) to say that my replacement phone had arrived and I could come and collect. Superb
