Awaiting promo Buds and no feedback from Samsung
Can someone tell us when we will receive our buds that came with the phones on promo that was purchased at Gateway MTN on 12 Dec 2025. Claim ID ***EVXO and ***ILKR0.I have also sent an email 5 days ago to *** but no feedback.

21 Jan 2026, 08:20Your service is pathetic as i still have no way forward regarding this issue and a consultant called on Saturday and said I will be contacted on Monday by an agent and its already Wednesday and still nothing.Im disappointed and will that this behavior from your company changes as you will lose credibility.
