Avoid Samsung Washing Machine - Bad Quality, Bad Aftercare Service!
I bought a Samsung Washing Machine ofcourse because of the Samsung promise and because its a brand I love(d). Never was I ever this dissapointed!
Prior to Samsung I had owned an LG for more than 8 years. Imagine my disappointment when the Samsung broke in less that 24 months. (i) The after-care service was so bad at some stage I had to physically go to their center (ii) Worse - Samsung has made all forms of excuses not to repair within warranty and so (iii) their hope is that I fix the R6000 machine for R4000.
As I shop around for a new machine - I am walking so far away from Samsung.
