Avoid Samsung TVs at all costs if you value family entertainment! Their products have declined in quality, and their warranty service is abysmal.
I've had a nightmare experience with a faulty TV that took almost 2 years to resolve. Despite numerous promises and follow-ups, the repair center couldn't source the part, and the TV was deemed "completely dead."
The replacement process has been a joke, with **** promises and lack of communication. They fetched my faulty TV over a month ago, and I'm still waiting. No more family movie nights or bonding time.
Samsung's customer service is infuriating - they make promises, don't call back, and even hang up on me. 😵 Zero transparency and accountability.
