Avoid Samsung Products
Worst after sales service in the world! They do not phone you back when they say they will, most likely thinking that the customer will forget and they don't have to repair the appliance under warranty. Struggling for 4 weeks to solve my washing machine problem, which they and their service centre created and not taking responsibility.
