Avoid Samsung Buy And Get!! It’s not worth it

I cannot say that we have had any good experience regarding the Samsung buy and get. Purchased a new fridge last year November. We sent in all the details that they requested we send and family got the pin code back. Now that I would like to book my travel and redeem my voucher for R4000 now they tell me I have to fill in another form and that I would only get that back after five days . Also I would also have to book my travel four weeks in advance minimum. And to top it off they still could not show me that even then I would still have availability so this does not seem to travel voucher to me it seems as if we can only travel redeem these points when it suits them. Void this deal.
