Assessment fee to buy new back cover for s5

<p>I just called your smart centre in Century City, I wanted to know the price of a new back cover for my samsung s5. I was told that they cannot give me the price over the phone and that I will have to pay an assessment fee of R228. Why would I have to pay an assessment fee to buy a new back cover for my phone? My back cover broke and now my phone is no longer waterproof. This is ridiculous!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Nobody needs to open and check the phone, it's literally a case of me buying a new back cover, taking the old one off and putting a new one on.</p>
