As Good as a Name Samsung have, the people working for Samsung is giving it a bad name, and it is so sad!!
On the 30 December 2020 I send my TV request to Samsung that had a Promotion that if you take the Samsung Note Phone you get a 32" HD TV . after MANY e-mails and Phone calls we received a TV on the 02 July 2021 that was delivered to door step. When opening the BOX it was discovered that the TV Screen was broken. After many e-mails and phone calls NOTHING came of it . we had to ma except that this is what Samsung do, to sell you there phones. Which is very sad because we have been supporting Samsung now for more that 20 Years and now we are treated like we don't even exist. Please people don't get fooled into these promotions.
