Arrogant & Dismissive Consultant

I contacted Canal Walk Samsung Store about a problem I am experiencing with my QLED Smart TV. I communicated with a consultant by the name of Waheed/Wahied who completely undermined my complaint and could not understand or conceptualize what it is I was actually trying to bring to his attention regarding my Smart TV. He was arrogant , dismissive and short - I felt completely rushed because he wanted to end the conversation. His attitude is very undesirable, and if Samsung continues to employ such unfriendly , dense and unhelpful staff it will surely damage their reputation.
