Appalling service

I'm disgusted by the level service from Samsung. i bought a dishwasher in March which had faults. they said they will exchange the unit, to date i still do not have the exchanged unit. the most disgusting part is their promises to return my calls which never happens. as at yesterday, after another follow up, the consultant (Sonto) promised that she is getting a supervisor to call me before COB ... its not another day and still no call.

it can't be rocket science to deal with customers. i need this matter sorted.

wow, what a shock!!! they don't deserve to be a real business.
