Appalling NONE Existing Samsung South Africa Service !!!!!!

Been having endless problems with my Note 20. The phone has been with Samsung South Africa since the 8th of December 2020. Have been spending endless, wasted minutes on the phone to resolve - keep receiving empty promise with management that will phone back and it NEVER happens. I had enough - what happened to looking after your Loyal Customers. Please help Hellopeter !!!!!!!!
