Another month of no delivery

I purchased a Samsung S7 Tablet on a Vodacom promo back in March, which was advertised to include free buds. Vodacom neglected to mention that you'd have to claim the buds through the Samsung App and that it would not be delivered with the tablet, but after a lot of back and forth, I managed to figure out where to submit my claim.

I sent through my proof of purchase on the 13th of April, and have followed up upwards of 12 times via email and countless times via call. Each time I am met with assurances that I will receive my buds shortly - it is now 4-months later, and I still do not have my buds. This is false advertising from Vodacom and failure to fulfill the promo by SAMSUNG.

Last month, I complained on HelloPeter and immediately got a reply. Again, I was assured by Lesley that I would receive my buds in no time and that they were sincerely sorry for not dispatching them sooner. Since then, nothing has arrived, I have followed up several times, and receive no reply.

I am beyond frustrated by the lack of service from SAMSUNG and only wish to receive the buds that were advertised as part of this promo. The lack of service is disgusting.
