Annoyed with the phones

Hi, I am really upset with Samsung. I moved from I phone to Samsung because all of my friends spoke so highly of the S series.<br> <br> I got the S5 last year. Since then, my microphone software had to be updated 3 times. I tried to speak on the phone just now and the same thing is happening again. I don't have time to go and book my phone in every single time ! I am so over this. <br> <br> This is the 3rd time !!! <br> <br> Please let me what must I do, because I am not going to be without a phone again for 2 Weeks.
