Andrew at Samsung menlyn mall is the worst service consultant!

Andrew the Samsung service consultant at Menlyn mall will make Samsung lose more customers if he is not dealt with. I booked my faulty out-of-the-box Buds+ for repair on the 26th of December 2020. I was quoted double the amount that I paid for the Buds+ and refused to pay the amount rather opting to take it up with Takealot from where I bought the Buds+. On Sunday the 7th of March I was met with Andrew who was the most unhelpful, rude, belittling Samsung service consultant I have ever come across. I requested he added the date the buds were delivered to the Samsung store, because it was Samsung’s fault the Buds+ were in their possession for over 2 months. I needed this date as an explanation for Takealot as to why the Buds+ has taken so long to be delivered to them. Andrew flat out refused. When I asked for the manager, Andrew told me he is the manager and he will not help me. I asked him again to give me his managers number and he refused. I then spoke to another Samsung consultant who then called, who I think is the manager of the store Ian. Ian was really helpful and told Andrew to add the collection date to the Service Order sheet, Andrew still refused, and the other Samsung service consultant then added the date of collection.

If Andrew is the type of service consultants Samsung hires. I promise you; I am not the only customer that will leave Samsung after years of loyalty. Please give his job to someone who is actually willing to do their job and help the customer.
