Amazing service - Simon Magakwa (Samsung online sales support)
I bought 2 large Samsung appliances today online and had some issues with the payment portal. It is not know if this was a Samsung issue or a bank issue, but in dealing with Simon Magakwa (Online sales support), I have to say he was nothing short of amazing. Super polite, helpful and a real help in getting the problem resolved. Simon you are a credit to yourself and to the company. Great job.
