Amazing service

It's so easy to complain these days yet to give a compliment not always so. I would like to say a huge thank you to Samsung south africa for their assistance with a problem I had but especially to Vaughn from Samsung for all of his help. He was polite, friendly and very professional and always in contact with me. My problem was solved and once a very happy customer. Would buy nothing else but Samsung and this service that I have just received is exactly why. SAMSUNG'S CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST. Thank you
