All I what is Samsung to give me a date on when Am I getting my phone

Hi my name is Tebogo I bought a Samsung J4 core at Mr Price randfontein the phone came with a warranty of 12months the phone lasted for 6 month giving me problems I took it back to Mr Price , Mr Price took the phone to Samsung and. Samsung had a break in on the 21 May 2020. After I game them my phone on the 3 may 2020 I have been calling them since and no body wants to account on when am I getting back my phone I spoke to a guy called Curl on the phone he said they will get back to me with a feedback on when I am getting my phone now now there is no way forward with this one lady I spoke to again 2 days back just rude and never helped up to day Samsung won't call me they are not even sure if I will even be compensated.
